Job Description
Customer Success is an integral part of the Digital Experience. The Program Manager for Customer Success will develop and support the execution of several programs by working closely with Leadership and various cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of a variety of strategic initiatives.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of multiple strategic programs and key initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing best practices to enhance the impact and effectiveness of the Customer Success Team.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement The individual will need to be a self-starter who can support Customer Success leadership with developing strategic Customer Success Programs. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the program to ensure standards, deadlines, and goals are met.
This assignment is full-time in Reading, PA.
Major Responsibilities
• Designing, implementing and managing Customer Success Programs
• Discovery and understanding of business processes
• Analyzing data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Delivering outcomes that drive customer satisfaction growth and retention
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Providing comprehensive presentations and recommendations
• Building cross-functional partnerships
• Administrative Tasks
• Other projects assigned by the supervisor
