Job Description
We are seeking a Senior RF Developer to support a large-scale customer WMS integration for a 3PL customer. This role supports a no fail customer integration by building and supporting custom development around Manhattan WMS 2018. Day to day, this role partners with configuration, automation, and QA teams to develop Java based extensions, support automation initiatives, and troubleshoot complex workflow or data issues that surface during build, test, and deploy cycles. They are hands on during site launches and stabilization, helping ensure custom logic, integrations, and performance hold up under real warehouse operations as the team rolls sites using a phased, leapfrog deployment approach.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Java-based extensions and integrations supporting Manhattan WMS
• Support automation initiatives and custom tooling where required
• Collaborate with configuration, QA, and BI teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, interface, and data issues
• Support site deployments and post-go-live stabilization
Configuring and customizing RF workflows in systems like SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or Manhattan WMS.
Developing and maintaining RF screens, menus, and user interfaces for handheld devices used by warehouse staff.
Integrating RF devices (scanners, mobile terminals) with backend systems to enable real-time inventory tracking, picking, put-away, and shipping.
Optimizing and troubleshooting RF processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and user-friendly warehouse operations.
Supporting enhancements such as adding new menu options, function keys, or custom logic to RF device workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of Java development experience in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting WMS platforms (Manhattan WMS strongly preferred)
• Experience with Angular and/or Kotlin
• Strong SQL skills and backend data understanding
• Experience supporting large, multi-site system deployments
