Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Project/ Program Lead with expertise in executing security

projects for cloud infrastructure, specifically for AWS and Azure, such as Cloud security posture management, CNAPP deployment, and Data protection controls in cloud. This role will assess security architecture of cloud workloads, cloud integrations, and implement proactive threat detection and risk mitigation projects, strengthening security measures across the organization. The ideal

candidate will be a cloud security domain expert with experience leading cybersecurity projects in

a complex environment.



Key Responsibilities:



* Design and implement security best practices and processes to secure key risk areas

across the organization.

* Drive security projects and initiatives with the focus on securing cloud infrastructure and

applications. The projects and initiatives depends on the need of the business and area of

risk and it could range from vulnerability management, data loss preventions, cloud

security hardening, DevSecOps.

* Develop cloud security frameworks, policies, and standards to enforce zero-trust

principles and least privilege access.

* Define clear project objectives, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with

business and security goals.

* Engage and manage cross-functional teams, including IT teams, Business relationship

managers, DevOps teams, and Business teams, to drive security initiatives.

* Communicate project status, risks, and security impacts effectively to Incyte CISO and

security program managers.

* Evaluate and recommend cloud security tools, automation technologies, and security

platforms to enhance threat detection, governance, and compliance.

* Establish repeatable security processes to ensure scalability, automation, and operational

efficiency in cloud security programs.

* Security Remediation: Drive remediation of security findings and gap areas with the

concerned action owners and collaborate to identify short-term and long-term remediation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years leading and managing security projects.

-Expert-level knowledge of AWS and Azure security architectures, cloud-native services, and security controls.

- Experience implementing security projects for cloud environment such as Cloud security posture management, Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform or other Cloud-native controls and deployments.

- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) solutions.

- Holistic understanding of various security areas, including endpoint security, application security

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications: AWS Certified Security -- Specialty, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.
