Job Description

A large cloud monetized billing cycle company is looking to add a Customer Success Manager to their growing team. The customer success team is a highly collaborative group working with enterprise customers to drive opportunities, renewals, references and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying upsell and renewal opportunities within your book of business and develop your own sales territory to drive maximum value and adoption of the product
- Work cross functionally with the product, marketing, customer service and professional service teams
- Ensure successful delivery of customers' contractual components
- Deliver on KPIs and present to executives on findings and forecasts

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of strategic account management experience managing complex SaaS sales-cycles with proven success in territory growth and customer retention
- Proven track record in sales territory prospecting and lead generation to understand total addressable market opportunity, backing those findings with use cases, heat maps, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to executives both internally and external customers
- Bachelor's Degree
