Job Description

One of our large manufacturing clients is seeking a Quality Associate to join their receiving and quality team. The Incoming Material Coordinator is responsible for managing all inbound goods, with a primary focus on receiving materials into the system along with inspecting them to ensure compliance with required specifications, drawings, standards, and measurement procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have experience using electronic and mechanical testing equipment such as calipers, drop indicators, multimeters, and optical comparators
Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification documents
Must have a good working knowledge of using and referencing military and industry standards such as MIL-STD-98, J-STD-001, IPC-610
Must have a general knowledge of ASME Y14.5M, working knowledge of GD&T, and must understand the x, y, and z coordinate system.
Must have a strong knowledge of basic mathematical operations and perform measurement conversions
Basic understanding of statistical concepts needed for sampling inspection and process characterization.
