Job Description

A large healthcare insurance provider is looking to bring in a new Lead Product Manager into their wellbeing portfolio team. This PM will be responcible for overseeing other Product specialists, handling new feature requests, and bridge the gap between web and native mobile engineering teams. This person will handle 3-4 feature sets simultaneosly. You will be responcible for taking strategic ownership, portfolio collaboration, and agile product management. A successful candidate will have a background in healthcare insurance, following SAFe agile methodologies. This role is a contract to hire, fully remote!

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager

- Experience as a LEAD Product Manager - overseeing other Product Specialists

- SAFe Agile experience

- Background in Healthcare Insurance

- Vast experience working with stakeholders, and third party vendors

- Experience with common workflow tools such as Rally, and Airtable

- Experience handling new feature requests

- Ability to be the liason between business and IT

- Scheduling experience

- Understanding of API development and integrations

- Analytical thinker
