Job Description

The HR Coordinator supports the HR department by handling recruiting, HR functions, training, and various people-related needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, organize, and maintain day-to-day HR functions for the company and HR team.
- Coordinate all new hires from offer acceptance to orientation.
- Conduct and oversee new employee onboarding, including leading new hire orientation and managing I-9 forms.
- Maintain and manage employee files and records.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Specialists to support recruitment efforts.
- Assist in maintaining records in the applicant tracking system (ADP).
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

- High School Diploma
- 1 year of HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with HRIS, ADP a strong plus
