Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support teams across Oregon locations. This role engages with a broad mix of departments—from merchandising and logistics to corporate and sales—ensuring HR support is tailored to each group’s needs. You’ll be a strategic resource for both leaders and employees, combining big-picture thinking with practical execution. Your work will shape talent strategies, strengthen team culture, and apply HR analytics to help the business grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and develop people-focused strategies that drive performance.
• Support and coach managers on handling employee issues, managing performance, and leading through change.
• Analyze HR data to uncover patterns and risks, then turn those insights into practical solutions.
• Lead conversations around team structure, staffing plans, and succession strategies.
• Champion initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
• Contribute to hiring efforts by shaping job roles, joining interviews, and enhancing onboarding experiences.
• Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training that strengthens leadership and team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, while introducing scalable, modern HR practices.
• Supervise and mentor the HR Generalist, offering feedback and growth opportunities to build team strength.
• Oversee the full employee journey—from hiring and onboarding to promotions and exits—ensuring each step is smooth, compliant, and positive.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee changes and data.
• Regularly review and refine HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate the employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area—or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, including work with complex employee relations and leave administration.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, especially ADP.
• SPHR or SHRM-CP certification is desirable.
