Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a prominent Semiconductor manufacturer onsite in Tualatin, OR. In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all workflows. A typical day includes supervising a team of 2–3 employees, coordinating receiving, storing, and shipping activities, and proactively monitoring inventory levels to prevent discrepancies. The Supervisor will work closely with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, maintain KPIs, and streamline processes to reduce costs while maximizing productivity. This position also requires regular equipment checks, performance reporting, and direct communication with upper management regarding operational updates and improvement opportunities. Maintaining strict adherence to safety standards is essential, including leading safety trainings and ensuring staff compliance. The role involves hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should thrive under minimal supervision and consistently demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Additional Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Oversee receiving, storage, and outbound shipments
Collaborate with logistics to plan and track deliveries
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs
Prepare operational and inventory performance reports
Lead safety trainings and enforce compliance standards
Communicate operational updates to leadership
Perform other duties as assigned
Shift: Primarily M - F 7:30 - 3:00 but this is flexible

Experience working directly with customers
Strong Documentation skills

Degree in related field
Experience working in the semiconductor industry
