Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst with deep experience in Workday configuration, operational execution, and solution delivery within enterprise HR platforms.

What You’ll Do

Own the configuration and setup of Workday, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards
Translate business needs into scalable system configurations, workflows, and integrations
Deliver enhancements, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations
Lead operational delivery of application support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Perform hands-on testing of system changes (integration, regression, FUT)
Document and maintain system configurations, process flows, and support procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
Participate in agile delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups)
Support data integrity and reporting through accurate data flows and validation

Required Skills & Experience

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field OR equivalent experience
5–8 years of experience in software systems analysis with a strong focus on Workday configuration and support


Technical Expertise:

Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday in one or more modules:

HCM
Compensation
Recruiting
Talent
Learning
Benefits
Reporting/Prism


Hands-on experience with:

Workday configuration and workflow design
Service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
System integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting across Workday modules

Skills:

Strong documentation, testing, and communication skills
Ability to perform integration, regression, and functional user testing
Experience with agile delivery practices and DevOps principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting data integrity and reporting (data validation and reconciliation)

Familiarity with HR compliance standards and audit readiness.

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end solution delivery.

Knowledge of performance tuning and root cause analysis for enterprise HR systems.
