Job Description

The SAP Analyst will support SAP and related interfaces across wholesale and supply chain environments. This role is focused on ensuring system stability, monitoring integrations and batch processes, and driving proactive operational improvements. It is not a configuration or implementation role, but rather centered on production support, issue prevention, and maintaining reliable system performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong operations/support engineering experience in a production environment.
• Proven troubleshooting and issue triage skills across integrated systems.
• Ability to interpret logs, monitor jobs, and analyze system behavior.
• Experience with incident management, escalation processes, and service management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status updates and cross-team
coordination.
• Experience monitoring and improving batch job scheduling or workload automation processes.
- Junior to mid-level experience in operations or support engineering
- Working familiarity with SAP environments (not deep configuration or development)
- Experience in production support environments with integrated systems
- Understanding of supply chain processes such as order-to-cash, inventory, and billing
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

○ SAP (AFS or ECC preferred, SD/MM exposure is a plus)
○ SAP interfaces (IDocs, RFCs)
○ Batch scheduling / workload automation tools (e.g., Automic)
○ Middleware/integration tools (e.g., Tibco, SAP XI/PI)
○ IT service management tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Monitoring and logging tools for system performance and alerting
