Required Skills & Experience

Experience using Autodesk Revit for design, modeling, and build workflows
• Ability to support bid modeling and similar pre‑construction efforts
• Familiarity with 3D GIS mapping workflows
• The team uses laser scanning to map facilities and optimize alignment between ground‑floor layouts and centralized maintenance data
• Experience supporting data transfer and analytics between platforms (CNTS-type workflows or similar)
• Ability to work within a fully FTE‑based environment (no contractor/vendor modeling support used internally)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on complex building and infrastructure models
• Understanding of challenges within existing data/model workflows — particularly improving Revit model development and accuracy

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
