Job Description

An Oregon based utilities company is looking for a Project Manager to join their Construction Project Management team and support natural gas infrastructure expansion projects in the Portland area. In this role, you will manage various projects within the pipeline and infrastructure space, collaborating closely with the engineering team, outside vendors, and field crews to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. You will manage the project lifecycle including project planning, budget, scoping, timeline, and deliverables. The best candidates for this role have a strong background in leadership, commercial construction and utilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience with a background in commercial construction and utilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP Certification
- Experience working in the natural gas industry or similar regulated utility environments.
- Familiarity with Oregon permitting processes or public infrastructure projects.
- Experience navigating unionized workforces or contractor-heavy projects.
