Job Description
This role supports large‑scale ambulatory initiatives with a focus on operational improvement, quality outcomes, and executional delivery. The consultant will lead complex implementations, drive structured process improvement efforts, and partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders to advance ambulatory and access‑related strategies. The role requires flexibility to operate in both PIC and PM capacities depending on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Healthcare experience who have led structured process improvement efforts
• Demonstrated success in large‑scale implementations and quality initiatives within ambulatory or outpatient environments
• Strong familiarity with outpatient and value‑based care metrics, including performance tracking and quality outcomes
• Flexibility to operate in both PIC and PM capacities, supporting broader ambulatory projects, quality improvement strategies, and some access‑related work
