Job Description
A government entity in Portland OR is hiring a Change Manager with the knowledge of leading the delivery of the Change Management Strategy. They need this resource to help manage schedules, conduct trainings and focus groups/interviews, and track risk and issues as they replacing their 20+ year old oracle system. This resource will be joining mid-way through the implementation, so they must be organized and be able to communicate to stakeholder professionally.

Required Skills & Experience
Identify changes in processes, technology, and people.
Assess stakeholder impact and define “What’s In It For Me” (WIIFM).
Maintain a Change Impact Analysis document throughout the project.
Develop strategies to address resistance with sponsors, change agents, and supervisors.
Educate and coach sponsors to lead change effectively.
Create and manage a Sponsor Roadmap with defined roles and actions.
Develop and execute a Communications Plan to build awareness and engagement.
Tailor messaging to stakeholder groups, emphasizing WIIFM.
Conduct assessments using the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
Analyze survey results and report risks and readiness levels.
Build and support a network of change champions.
Facilitate early communication and hands-on adoption support.
Monitor adoption and provide targeted support.
Plan recognition and celebrations to sustain change.
