Job Description

The Entry-Level Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and organizational support to the ERP project team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in IT project management and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Take detailed meeting notes and distribute summaries and action items.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across departments and vendors.
• Update project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and Smartsheet.
• Assist with status reporting, timelines, and communication efforts.
• Support the IT team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in an IT or office environment preferred (internships or part-time roles count!).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, DevOps, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
