Job Description

The leading truck Manufacturing company in Portland OR, Is looking for a Marketing Lead to help drive projects forward within their three groups: Connectivity, Extended Warranty and Marketing. They must be able to present and craft stories and help drive the service marketing and go-to-market strategies for aftermarket and B2B products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading service marketing and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for aftermarket or B2B products
• Strong background in commercialization, product positioning, and value proposition development
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, IT) and drive alignment
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including overseeing delivery, prioritization, and performance of a small team
• Expertise in sales enablement, including training programs, tools, and dealer/customer support materials
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights, benchmarks, and consulting outputs into executable plans
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presentation to senior leadership
• Experience managing launch readiness, KPIs, and adoption tracking across dealer and customer channels
