A client in the utilities industry is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their in-house legal team, supporting litigation, claims, and regulatory matters. This hands-on role involves coordinating with outside counsel, managing case documentation and discovery, preparing exhibits and filings, and assisting with NDAs and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently and collaboratively, and is eager to contribute across a variety of legal functions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, primarily focused on litigation
• Strong understanding of litigation support, discovery processes, and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with Bluebook citation and legal formatting
• Experience drafting or reviewing NDAs
• Background in the energy or utilities sector
Experience managing business licenses or corporate documents
