Job Description
• Drive the implementation and optimization of Eggplant-based test automation frameworks to enhance the quality and reliability of healthcare IT applications.
• Develop and maintain Eggplant automation scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test automation opportunities.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure defect resolution.
• Train and mentor team members in Eggplant automation best practices.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years experience with QA Automation
5+ years experience with Eggplant automation tools
Experience with application testing in a healthcare environment
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Keysigh Eggplant Functional and Digital Automation Intelligence
Experience with implementing automation strategies for end-to-end workflows for web applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior leadership/management experience
Experience with Eggplant best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Experience with process improvement of automation testing practices
Experience collaborating across multiple technical teams
