Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. This individual will provide hands-on technical support in an on-site environment, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both Mac and Windows environments, along with experience in network security and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user technical support across both Mac and Windows operating systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including laptop troubleshooting and maintenance
Support and maintain network infrastructure components, including firewalls
Assist with IT compliance initiatives, including documentation and evidence gathering for SOC 2 audits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of IT services within a shared services model
Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes as needed

Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
Strong expertise supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems
Experience troubleshooting hardware, particularly laptops and end-user devices
Working knowledge of firewalls and network security concepts
Familiarity with IT compliance standards, specifically SOC 2, including evidence support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience operating within a shared services or centralized IT support environment
Exposure to security and compliance processes, including audit preparation and documentation
