Job Description

Image and configure Windows 11 machines using standardized deployment tools.
Deploy and set up replacement computers at various local office locations.
Migrate user data and ensure proper software installation.
Provide basic end-user support during and after deployment.
Track and document deployment progress and issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
US person documentation (ID + birth cert OR passport OR cert of naturalization OR green card)
Experience with Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment tools
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment.
Reliable transportation to travel between local sites (mileage reimbursed if applicable).
