Job Description
Inventory Management of Desktop Devices:
Catalog all desktop computing devices including PCs, Thin Clients, and Laptops.
Record and track all peripherals connected to each device, such as:
Hand Scanners
Document Scanners
Printers
Badge Readers
Device Information Collection:
Document the physical location of each device:
Building and Floor
Department
Room Number or Name
Record assignment details:
Name of the assigned user (if applicable)
Department Manager responsible for the assigned user
Data Accuracy & Reporting:
Ensure all inventory data is accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
Generate reports for IT, Facilities, and Department Managers as needed.
Support audits and compliance checks related to IT assets.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in IT asset management or desktop support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or asset management software.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a healthcare environment
