Job Description

An insurance company located in Portland, Oregon is looking for an Enterprise Architect - Portfolio to join their team. You will be responsible for building out the long-term strategic roadmap to deliver on key business initiatives. This position reports into the centralized IT PMO, working across the business to deliver on multi-year projects or ad hoc assignments. Must be comfortable working with Executives and providing solution-oriented findings to business leaders and technical teams. The organization works core PST hours and has occasional travel 2-4 times a year.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3- 5+ years as a Senior Architect at an Enterprise company
- 2+ years of recent experience working with Cloud Azure Technology
-2-3 years experience building enterprise architecture roadmaps and exposure to any of the following EA methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Experience in architecting end to end business solutions and developing applications in an Agile environment
- Experience working in the insurance industry, Employee Benefits preferred, and/or having M&A architecture experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Hands on technical experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, coding
-Experience in a multi-vendor and offshore model
