Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a candidate that will lead and oversee strategic planning, policy development, and process improvements for nursing and assigned departments. They will ensure effective communication across hospital staff, physicians, and stakeholders, and advocate for nursing advancement at all levels. This candidate will monitor legislation impacting nursing, supports strategic hospital initiatives, and collaborates with leadership on decision-making and policy. They represent the hospital in community programs and provide administrative coverage when needed. As a mentor and leader, the candidate fosters a positive, patient-centered culture through safety, quality, and satisfaction initiatives. They manage budgets, staffing, and technology to support care delivery, resolve conflicts professionally, and promote service excellence. Through regular rounding and open communication, they build trust, encourage shared decision-making, and maintain high standards of care and customer service.

Master's Degree in Related Field (within 2 years of hire)
5+ years Hospital Experience
4+ Years Nurse Management Experience
Licensed in state of practice - Oregon
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Maternal/Child, Ortho, Burn Rehabilitation experience
Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC)
