Job Description

A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializes in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
• Customize modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory , Warehouse Management and Human Resource.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.
• Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration.
• Document system configurations and business process flows.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Master’s or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred.
• 2–8+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.
• Experience supporting a retail environment specifically for in-store support
• Strong business analysis and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.
This role is vital for organizations aiming to modernize processes and optimize their ERP systems.
