Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a senior-level HR Systems Administrator – ADP Time & Attendance to own and support the enterprise ADP Time platform within Corporate IT Operations. This is a hands-on, technical HRIS role focused on system configuration, integration, reporting, and escalated support — not payroll processing or HR operations.

The role partners closely with HR and Payroll but sits firmly in IT, with responsibility for system integrity, data flows, reporting, and timekeeping technology (including onsite timeclock systems). This position will also serve as the IT project lead for a new ADP Time system implementation scheduled for Q1 2026.

Additional Responsibilities:

ADP Time & Attendance (Primary Focus)
-Full technical ownership of ADP Workforce Now Time & Attendance
-Configuration of attendance, accruals, overtime, rounding, schedules, and punch rules
-Technical escalation point for complex ADP Time issues
-Support of timekeeping accuracy and payroll readiness

System Implementation (Critical Near-Term Need)
-IT lead for new ADP Time system rollout (Q1 2026)
-Partnering with HR, Payroll, ADP, and internal IT teams
-Configuration, testing, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization

Reporting & Analytics
-Ownership/support of time and attendance reporting
-Power BI dashboards (configuration and data feeds)
-Design of reporting layouts for different HR and business audiences
-Handling escalated HR reporting requests

Data, Integrations & Identity
-ADP data feeds and integrations (including ADP → Active Directory / Entra ID)
-HR DataMart support and data validation
-Reward Gateway (RailDepot) data feed ownership

Onsite Timekeeping Systems
-Interface with physical timeclock devices deployed at operational locations
-Coordinate troubleshooting with vendors and internal IT teams

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now Time & -Attendance experience
-Strong configuration experience (not just user support)
-Experience owning HRIS or timekeeping systems in an IT role
-Experience with reporting, data feeds, or system integrations
-Comfortable acting as a technical escalation point
-Experience partnering with HR and Payroll teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Leading or supporting an ADP Time implementation
-Power BI or workforce analytics reporting
-Azure-based data pipelines or HR data marts
-Multi-location or multi-state labor environments
