Insight Global is looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join a great work environment and team with one of our largest Hospice and Home Health clients across the US.
The Hospice RN Case Manager will take on full nursing responsibility for the execution of the care plan for each hospice patient, while making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered. The incumbent will be using their personal vehicle for travel with mileage reimbursement, to drive to different homes within Union County, Oregon. The RN Hospice Case Manager will most likely be handling a case load of around 12-15 patients.
The targeted hourly rate for this role is $43 - $47/hour with an additional sign-on bonus of $2,500.
