Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources operations at an assigned location, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. This role provides leadership to site HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees the full employee lifecycle at the site, including recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
• Builds and maintains strong, effective working relationships with employees across all roles and levels within the organization.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and support to HR staff at the site
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Communicates clearly, proactively, and effectively with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Manages multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced and occasionally high pressure environment.
• Performs additional duties and projects assigned to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Professional HR Certification – SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent
