Job Description

We are seeking a Program Specialist to support the Capital Improvement Division on a temporary contract basis. This individual will provide administrative and program support across multiple capital improvement projects, partnering closely with a team of four Capital Improvement Project Managers and one Building Information Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organization, communication, and contract administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment. While project management experience is beneficial, this role primarily supports project teams rather than leading projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, development, evaluation, or contract administration
- Experience reviewing project drawings and specifications, CAD/BIM models, and building permits. execute construction projects.
- Evaluate consultant Invoices and Construction Pay Applications for accuracy and contract compliance. Ability to build Budgets and a Scope of Work from worksite notes, meetings with stakeholders, etc.
