Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead RFIC/ASIC Design Engineer to join a world-renowned technology company specializing in custom ASICs for precision instruments. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced RFICs and ASICs with a primary focus on analog-heavy designs utilizing BiCMOS technology. As part of a 30-person team, you will contribute throughout the full IC production lifecycle, from concept to testing and integration, delivering custom solutions that provide a unique competitive advantage in test and measurement equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

*Extensive experience in BiCMOS technology and analog-heavy RFIC/ASIC design.
*Proven ability to design and implement mixed-signal IC blocks and integrate them seamlessly within larger systems.
*Hands-on experience with IC characterization, multiple tape-outs, and block-level design.
*Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and testing methodologies.
*Experience with top-level aggregation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Tape-Out Experience
*Previous experience as a chip lead
*A systematic approach to top-down and bottom-up design is highly valued.
*Ability to draw from past experience to estimate block sizes accurately for efficient floor planning.
