- 5+ years of strong experience with people management - at least 3-5 people
- 8+ years of experience with EPC projects/clients/architects
- Experience with sales of technical equipment in demanding/regulated industries (O&G, Chemical, Pharma, etc)
- Level headed, able to work independently
