Job Description
We are looking for an IT project manager to join our team and lead our ongoing and upcoming IT projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT projects of various sizes and scopes, ensuring that they meet the quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Responsibilities
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones
* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
* Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members
* Manage project resources, including time, cost, quality, and human resources
* Track and report on project progress, performance, issues, and changes
* Conduct regular meetings and reviews with project team members and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
* 3 - 5 years of experience in managing IT projects of similar complexity and scope
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), Microsoft 365, SharePoint and project management software
