Job Description

A government entity in Portland OR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Drupal Lead to guide our Website & Digital Experience team through a significant transformation. Historically, the team has focused on technology projects and upgrades, including updating multiple Drupal sites. However, now we are looking to transition our website into a product-oriented platform, requiring strategic vision and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Full-Stake Engineer. With proven ability to lead projects with a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development. However, backend Focus preferred!
Extensive experience with Drupal 7/8, including leading projects and managing multiple websites.
Demonstrated ability to lead senior-level projects and teams, particularly in a government or large organization setting.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, particularly in transforming websites into product-oriented platforms.
Strong understanding and experience in Agile project management.
Forward-thinking with the ability to leverage AI and other technologies to drive innovation.
