Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team. This role involves overseeing and delivering a variety of projects, ranging from simple to complex, while working closely with peer project managers, designers, system engineers, and outsourced partners. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing project/program management strategies and ensuring the successful completion of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will develop and implement reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality infrastructure solutions, workspaces, tooling, and equipment installations.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years in infrastructure and construction project management within a High Tech Manufacturing/R&D environment.
5 years of strategic program/construction project management experience across multiple global business units, driving capacity and capability growth.
Advanced expertise in managing trades or general contractors for project coordination and execution.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience with Design/Build projects.
CCM Certification.
Capability to manage complex high-level projects alongside various smaller equipment installations concurrently. Scaling ability is crucial for success.
Ability to come on-site 5 days a week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Semiconductor or Laboratory background
PMP cert
