Job Description

As a Senior Workplace Designer you will support the Workplace Design Director and work across multiple work
streams in geographic and global capacities to help define internal and external processes, collaborate with
strategic partners, and lead project-specific design with external AE partners.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying, selecting and leading external design partners from project initiation through
completion
• Provide design oversight and recommendations within the GEO over WD+C Americas Standards, including
architectural performance, furniture/finishes/equipment, and branding
• While leading the workplace experience, collaborate with broader cross-functional delivery team to balance
needs of Real Estate, Program Management, Integrated Workplace Services, Security, Technology and Brand
Design, among others, to execute holistic strategy for projects
• Manage execution of multiple projects running in parallel

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, with strong industry knowledge related
to Workplace Design and Strategy; experience with Environmental Graphic Design/Branded
Environments/ Experience Design a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in design project management in a large multi-stakeholder
organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, Keynote, AutoCad, Revit
