Youll collaborate with the Design Director to shape the graphic direction. Partnering with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product leaders, youll help translate vision into execution-across everything from trims and print applications to material choices and cost considerations. This role requires both creative vision and strong executional discipline.

- A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent education/experience).
- A portfolio that reflects strong concept development, storytelling, process, and execution.
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D or digital design tools are a bonus.
- Deep knowledge of visual culture and streetwear trends, and the ability to translate them into fresh
design.
- Expertise in graphic techniques, print processes, and materials.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
- A deep understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design systems.
- The ability to navigate feedback, adapt quickly, and manage competing priorities.
