Senior Art Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Art Director with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a proven background in managing design teams and creative agencies. This role requires expert proficiency in Figma, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to establish a clear creative vision for the team.
As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for setting the direction for creative projects, inspiring the team, and ensuring that all visual outputs meet the highest standard. You will serve as a key partner to stakeholders—balancing strategic thinking, design oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall art direction for multiple projects, ensuring exceptional visual quality.
- Use Figma to oversee, review, and guide design work throughout the production process.
- Establish and communicate the team’s creative vision, setting clear guide rails while allowing space for creative exploration.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and timely delivery across the team.
- Present concepts, progress, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee or collaborate with external agencies when needed, leveraging previous agency‑management experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Senior‑level experience in art direction and leading design teams.
- High proficiency in Figma, with extensive experience using it to guide and oversee design work.
- Strong soft skills, including self‑awareness, emotional maturity, and the ability to delegate and manage workload effectively.
- Previous experience managing or partnering with external agencies is highly desirable.
- Ability to confidently present concepts and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
