Job Description

Job Summary: A company in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Resource Manager to join their team supporting creative resources and production. The Resource Manager oversees the entire consultant experience and lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous performance check-ins. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with consultants and supporting their professional growth. This role is hybrid requiring on-site work, Monday through Thursday, and work from home on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Duties and Logistics: Lead all operational duties and logistics, including equipment requests/returns, tech access, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for a successful start.
- First Days Support: Host orientation and lead consultants administrative onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with consultants, acting as a point of contact for their concerns and career aspirations.
- Professional Development: Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance consultants' skills and career growth.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Provide process improvement initiatives surrounding hiring, training, and operations.
Employee Moral: Plan and execute team events on a regular basis.
- Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to resolve ad hoc issues surround timesheets, PTO, holidays, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of professional experience within Resource Management or Human Resources
Demonstrated ability to deeply care for and support consultants, ensuring their well-being and professional growth
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with consultants and address their concerns effectively
Strong problem-solving skills to handle conflicts and issues that may arise
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Proactive in identifying and addressing consultants' needs and opportunities for improvement
