Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support Global Brand Planning and Operations for Running for one of our large retail clients.
This marketing team is responsible for defining strategy and creating content that dimensionalizes the Brand Architecture, across both product marketing and storytelling content. The team partners closely with gender construct and brand-defining teams to intake insights and combine them with member insights to inform editorial storytelling.

This role will support:
- Portfolio management across seasonal work, spanning Fall through Summer initiatives
- Project management for creative production and brand programs, acting as a key brand and ops liaison
- Driving workback schedules, budgets, and overall project rigor
- Ensuring health, clarity, and accountability across projects
- Supporting Seasonal Kick Offs, pulling cross‑functional and geo teams together
- Heavy executional focus during Fall and Holiday race seasons, including marathon- and race‑related storytelling and product launches
- Managing work tied to new product innovation, a major focus for the team
- Supporting delivery of 4 geo LookBooks per season, aligned to product design and style ethos
- Helping establish a strong creative operations baseline
- Working closely with agency partners
- Supporting and helping build out athlete planning processes

Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage relationships in a matrixed, global organization
- Passion for creative work, including product marketing, content storytelling, and the creative process from intake through final delivery
- 5–7+ years of project management experience, specifically within marketing / creative environments
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to define, reset, and drive processes with global functional stakeholders and geo partners, with a mindset that global teams exist to serve the geos
- Strong experience using Airtable for project tracking and portfolio management
- Solid understanding of creative operations and production workflows, including building and driving detailed workback schedules

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Passion for running (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Experience working with external agencies
- Creative, digital, or retail production background
- Experience in large, complex brand organizations
- Prior Retail experience is a bonus
