Job Description

This role serves as the primary program and operations lead, managing Airtable as the system of record, overseeing project intake and governance processes, coordinating financial reporting and investment planning activities, and ensuring project data accuracy across global initiatives. The position partners closely with Finance, Legal, PMO, and business stakeholders to support capital investment approvals, strategic planning cycles, database transition efforts, vendor contract management, and executive reporting, while driving operational consistency, project tracking, and cross-functional communication.

Required Skills & Experience

- Advanced MS Excel and Airtable database administration experience
- Strong program and portfolio management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner or business lead.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions; experience leading business-side planning and execution of system implementations, upgrades, or platform migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
