A large footwear retailer in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations for a segment of the broader materials team. Additional responsibilities include:
- Directs, motivates, inspires, influences, and negotiates with functional leadership on product process goals
- Provides Category Leads, Development Directors, and Manufacturing and Innovation teams with information they need to run their businesses
- Communicates business priorities to product team in order to facilitates decision-making
- Plans and tracks key business milestones for the organization
