Job Description

Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8:30am 5:00pm
Insight Global is hiring a Project and Curation Coordinator, specializing in 2D assets including posters, images, sketches, memos, tech sheets and more to support the historical archives department of our leading Retail client in Beaverton, OR. We are looking for someone with a passion for sport, project management, and creative strategy. Key Responsibilities
2D Curation & Expertise
Intake and Produce 2D curation requests from the business.
Serve as the 2D subject matter expert to internal business partners.
Support the Standard Tour Program.
2D Project and Creative Ownership
Inform the development of a holistic 2D inclusion strategy.
Drive 2D operations process improvements, including:
o Inventory and organization of 2D assets.
o Intake and processing of 2D assets.
o 2D project management.
Provide a weekly report of 2D accomplishments and next steps.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Top level understanding of sports history along with area of personal sports passion/expertise
1+ year of demonstrated academic or professional leadership experience
Proven ability to explain complex ideas to different audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Open to feedback with a focus on learning, improving, and growing
Solution-oriented with a team first mindset
Passion and energy for sports
