Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting cross-functional teams, and is passionate about creating an organized and efficient workplace.

Day to Day
• General Office Management
o Oversee daily office operations, including systems, supplies, and equipment.
o Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of office essentials.
o Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Administrative Support
o Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
o Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
o Organize logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
o Support purchasing activities for directed-buy components in collaboration with project management teams.
• Human Resources Support
o Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes.
o Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
o Maintain employee records and assist with compliance documentation.
• Team & Cross-Functional Support
o Coordinate employee-related activities such as team events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
o Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
o Act as a point of contact for external partners and vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Administrative experience in a professional setting.
• College degree preferred
o High School Diploma with additional experience will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
