Job Description

A footwear company in Beaverton OR is seeking HR Data Managers to support their Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual handles the full life cycle of employees globally and manages requests through ServiceNow. The team is seeking a critical thinker who can support stakeholders in their data requests. These individuals handle all data from onboarding to offboarding, requests may include but not limited to data quality checks, audits, report pulling and data corrections. This role is heavily focused on the analysis and auditing of data quality and accuracy, relating to sensitive employee information. This position sits onsite 4 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2 years working within HR operations or equivalent
- Comfortable in a high volume environment
- Experience managing multiple cases at once
- Experience having SLAs of KPIs
- Experience within HRIS systems
- Intermediate level skills within Excel
- Familiarity with Workday

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience within ADP
- Experience within work authorization - I9s or Visas
