Insight Global is looking for a Graphic Designer to work for a large retailer in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate is a highly creative problem solver, who doesnt settle for anything less than the best design solutions to meet the needs of our consumer and athletes. This candidate will also have the ability to flex working with high profile collaborators and athletes. This person will be focused on elevating the consumer experience by focusing on both the art and science of Graphic and Print design, and driving Graphic excellence through the connection of trend, design, development, and manufacturing across both Apparel and Footwear graphics.

- 5-7 years of relevant Product/Graphic Design experience
- Ability to create seasonal Graphic and Print designs and concepts, and explore new Graphic Design expressions and applications
- Expert communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into focused, consumer-right design narratives
- Experience building inspiration/concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and directions
- Understanding of the Apparel Product Creation process
- Ability to seek out opportunities to elevate apparel graphics though craft and construction
- Ability to create and edit files using Adobe programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
