The Lead Facilities Engineer to support Innovation Organization’s building and project needs by collaborating on workspace design, managing facility projects, and improving processes, requiring a relevant degree and experience, technical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management or Building Engineering with 7+ years of relevant work experience OR Associates degree related to Facilities management or operations with 10+ years’ experience.
· Ability to handle multiple competing projects simultaneously
· Have a strong attention to detail
· Demonstrated Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to use basic hand and measuring tools like screwdrivers, drills, tape measure and range finders.
- Technical experience with building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Air compressors) a plus
