The largest footwear retailer headquartered in Beaverton, OR is hiring for an Experience Design Strategist to join their team. This role will be the connector between research, design, technology, and business strategy, turning insights into clear plans that guide how teams move from discovery to vision to execution. This role requires comfortability going back and forth between hands‑on execution and bigger‑picture thinking.

- Strong background in either UX Research or UX Design
- Strong experience taking research and design and translating into business decisions
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- Experience with keynote, mirro, and figma
- Strong experience working cross functionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in an innovation space
- Entrepreneur mindset and ability to come up with new ideas
- Retail or agency experience
