Job Description

The largest footwear retailer headquartered in Beaverton, OR is hiring for an Engineering Program Manager to join a multidisciplinary team of Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Designers, Software Engineers, Researchers, Program Managers, Scientists, and Algorithm/Controls Engineers. You will work closely with the Team Leads to understand the hardware design and vision, then work to ensure the Program remains unblocked. You may develop new tools, methods, and procedures to document processes. You will use technical capabilities to evaluate and drive informed decisions and will lead collaborative meetings with Engineers and Project Team members to align on mitigation plans to maintain program momentum.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of mechatronics or robotics technical background in hardware engineering with an additional 5+ years of experience doing Technical Program or Project Management in the consumer product market.
- Experience with consumer electronics or electromechanical integration
- Ability to translate technical and business jargon to the corresponding audience
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles

- Engineering Degree
