Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Designer to support efforts within one of our largest retail clients headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. You will be part of the North America Brand Creative team and sit within the Digital team. This creative team is focused on delivering premium, digital-first consumer experiences across key brand dimensions such as holistic fitness, lifestyle, basketball, football, and running. As a Digital Designer, you will create impactful, consumer-facing assets tailored for digital platforms including social media, email, apps, .com, and paid media. This is a production-focused role with a strong emphasis on Figma and collaboration across creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute digital assets for Back to School and Gifting campaign from concept to final comps, ensuring they are author-ready.
Create original 2D design solutions for consumer experiences across digital touchpoints.
Deliver visually compelling and emotionally engaging assets for product, communication, retail, and collateral materials.
Layout final assets in Figma, manage approvals, and coordinate with production partners for final execution.
Apply deep knowledge of digital trends and UI/UX best practices to enhance creative output.
Collaborate with Art Directors, the studio Creative Director, producers, copywriters, and agency partners to align on creative vision.
Participate in creative briefs, prepare briefing materials, and contribute to follow-up discussions.
Ensure all work is on-brief, on-brand, and delivered on time in partnership with studio management and production teams.
Reports to the Studio Creative Director.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience & Expertise:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital or graphic design with proven experience in visual design and sophisticated taste.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, producers, and agency partners.
- Knowledge of digital channels, media platforms, photography best practices, motion, and digital production.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (minimum 2+ years).
- Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Acrobat.
- The ability to cut motion files to spec, create GIFs, and produce simple type animations for end cards.
Creative & Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop comprehensive designs that work across both physical and digital experiences.
- Familiarity with current trends in color, typography, design, art, and photography.
- A problem solver and forward-thinker who continuously improves production processes to align with digital creative strategy.
- Strong communication skills to lead and drive the creative development process.

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work on time and with attention to detail.
