Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Digital Archive and Workflow Specialist to lead the transformation and stewardship of our media asset ecosystem. This role is pivotal in preserving our brands rich visual history while enabling seamless access to content for creative, production, and storytelling initiatives. You will be the connective tissue between teams, systems, and vendorsensuring our past is preserved and our future is well-documented.

Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Archiving
Oversee the intake, organization, and long-term storage of digital and physical media assets.
Consolidate and manage multiple legacy databases into a unified Media Asset Management (MAM) system.
Ensure content is properly archived across various storage solutions (servers, LTO, hard drives) and is easily retrievable for production and brand needs.

Digitization & Preservation
Lead a large-scale digitization initiative in partnership with external vendors (e.g., Mission Control).
Manage the intake and processing of archival materials (e.g., 350+ boxes of legacy content) and plan for future expansion.
Develop and implement SOPs for digitization, metadata tagging, and archival best practices.

Workflow Optimization
Design and operationalize workflows for receiving, archiving, and organizing current production shoots.
Establish and communicate clear protocols for film and video asset management across teams.
Support the implementation of a new MAM system in collaboration with Tech Mod, Vendor Management, and Storage teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between Brand, HR, Production, and external partners to fulfill content requests for documentaries, museum projects, and internal storytelling.
Provide historical content curation and support for brand initiatives and creative campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in digital asset management, media archiving, or post-production workflows.
Deep understanding of archival formats, digitization processes, and metadata standards.
Experience with MAM systems and digital storage solutions.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to draw out information and build trust across teams.
Passion for storytelling, history, and preserving brand legacy.
